Los Convidados High Ester Rum is made from the local molasses of Jalisco, enriched by the traditional "muck pit" method. After fermentation in wooden vats for three weeks, the rum undergoes a double distillation in an iron still . This meticulous method, followed by six months of rest in demijohns, allows for the development of the rich and complex flavours characteristic of high ester rums.
